Five programmes. One connected life.
From an infant's first day of learning to a mother's first paycheque — SNET's programmes are designed to walk with a family across generations.
Rural Education
We work directly inside Anganwadis and Zilla Parishad schools in tribal Palghar — supplementing government infrastructure with trained facilitators, reading material, structured curricula and joy-based learning.
- Day Care Centre for infants and toddlers
- Reading Program (Marathi & English)
- Easy English Program
- Spardha Deep Program — competitive exam prep
- Sur Sangeet — music appreciation and training
- Kilbilwarga — structured early childhood curriculum

Skill Development
Delivered through Govardhan Skill Centre, our vocational courses combine classroom theory with intensive workshop practice — the Learning by Doing pedagogy. Nearly 1,000 young men and women graduate every year.
- Diploma in Basic Rural Technology (1 year)
- Electric Technician (6 months)
- Welding Technology (6 months)
- Multi-Skill Technician (6 months)
- Fab Camp — hands-on fabrication
- Computer Training — MS-CIT, Tally, Advanced Excel
- Beauty Parlour
- Stitching & Tailoring

Women Empowerment
Beyond skills, this programme has been catalytic — measurably increasing the age of marriage in tribal villages and giving women their first independent income. Products (cow-based, jute, cotton tote bags) are sold online and at Govardhan Eco Village gift shops.
- Stitching and tailoring workshops
- Beauty parlour training
- Handcrafted product lines — jute, cotton, cow-based
- Market linkage via Govardhan Eco Village outlets
- Peer learning circles and mentorship

Poverty Relief
When crisis strikes — a failed monsoon, a lockdown, an illness — the most vulnerable tribal families are hit first and hardest. SNET distributes grocery kits and essential supplies to families who otherwise would go hungry.
CBSE School (Coming Soon)
Our most ambitious project — a CBSE-affiliated school with capacity for 650 students from primary to Class XII. This will give tribal children a world-class education pathway right in their district. We're also expanding skill programmes to prepare local youth for employment at the upcoming Vadhavan Port.
